Deadline had exclusive access to them and revealed a snippet in which Hollywood star denounces alleged harassment at the hands of Bill Murray during his audition for ‘With the cops in heels’.

The actress had an awkward encounter with Murraywho co-directed the film with Howard Franklin and starred in it, in which the following would happen: “Murray was introduced, in a hotel suite, there she greeted him with something called The Thumper, a massage device that he insisted on using on her, despite her emphatic refusal.. Later, while they were shooting the film, Murray looks for Davis in her trailer and starts scolding her for being late (she was waiting for her wardrobe), keeps scolding her as she rushes to the set and even when she arrives, in front of hundreds of actors, crew members and curious bystanders”.
Davis confessed that she was not proud of the reaction she had at the time: “It was wrong. The way he behaved at the first meeting … I should have left or defended myself, in which case I wouldn’t have gotten the part.. I could have avoided that treatment if I had known how to react or what to do during the audition. But, you know, I was so non-confrontational that I didn’t. There is no point in regretting things, yet here she was sorry. And yes, exactly, it wasn’t my fault”.
