‘The Boys’, which was officially renewed for a fourth season weeks before the end of its third season on the air, began its production in late August thanks to a tweet from its showrunner, Eric Kripke who also wanted to reveal the title of the first episode. ‘Department of Dirty Tricks’ is called 4×01 of this series which debuted on Amazon Prime Video in 2019 and hasn’t stopped growing since.
