I have a clip here for you to watch for a haunting and intense looking horror thriller titled Partner, coming to Paramount +. I actually can’t wait to see this movie because it boasts an exceptional cast Maika Monroe (It follows, The stranger) And Jake Lacy (The office, The white lotus), and it seems to tell a beautiful and sinister horror story!
The story follows “a young couple (Maika Monroe and Jake Lacy) who embark on a remote backpacking trip across the Pacific Northwest and deal with sinister events that lead them to realize that everything about the place is not like. it seems”.
The clip focuses on a point where the couple are separated at night and Harry wanders off into the darkness in hopes of finding Ruth. The whole tone is very restless and anxious as Harry slowly walks through the woods with his lantern. Disturbing noises are heard as he travels through the darkness of the woods. There seems to be something haunting him. It definitely creates tension!
The cast also includes Teal Sherer And Loudon McCleery. The film is written and directed by directors Dan Berk And Robert Olsen (Body, The Stakelander, Bad).
Partner comes from the direction duo Dan Berk And Robert Olsen which ultimately brought comic horror to the public Bad in 2019. The film will arrive on Paramount + on October 7th. Watch the clip and trailer below!
