The video game villain and professional princess kidnapper asks who will stop him, and that’s when we jump into the Mushroom Kingdom.. Toad (Keegan-Michael Key) recruits Mario and the adventure begins. Little filmed, but they leave us one last scene with Luigi (Charlie Day) chased by koopa skeletons and a very “Luigi’s Mansion” air. What do you think of this first look? It is certainly very faithful to the style of video games, but the hand of Illumination is noticeable in the facial expressions.
