Barry Keoghan shares his audition with the Riddler who earned him the role of Joker in THE BATMAN

Barry Keoghanwho played Marvel’s Druig last year Eternalas well as The Joker The Batman this year, he left his mark on the world of comic cinema. Even though his on-screen time was minimal in Matt ReevesThe Dark Knight and The Joker version wasn’t even the central villain of this movie, Keoghan’s version of the character really made his mark. Fans loved what he created and are hoping to see him featured in a sequel, but apparently, the audition video he sent was intended to get him to play the role of the Riddler.

The Riddler was the bad guy inside The Batmanand was brilliantly portrayed by Paolo Dano. Keoghan tried to get into that, but when Reeves saw him auditioning him, he decided to steer the actor in another direction. It all worked out, as the film was a huge hit, but Keoghan decided to let fans take a look at the audition he originally did. It’s really more of a clip of him walking around, giving off a style and vibe. It doesn’t read lines or anything, so it’s not very interesting, but it’s nice to see. Looking at it, it definitely makes sense to understand why Reeves saw some of The Joker in there.
