HIDIVE announces five new anime series coming to their library

HIDIVE recently made a series of announcements regarding new anime titles that will be streamed. The new shows come from a variety of genres and I have the full list below. Each will premiere exclusively on HIDIVE this fall. What are you excited to watch?

The Eminence in the shade

Some people are simply not suited to playing the part of the flashy and cheeky hero or the vile villain who twirls his mustache with incredible panache. Instead, they operate in the shadows and pull the strings of society through wit and intelligence. This is the role Cid wants to play when he is transported to another world. Cid spins a couple of yarns and becomes the unlikely leader of the underground Shadow Garden organization fighting a menacing cult (which he completely made up). However, there is one problem that not even his wild imagination has foreseen: the cult he has invented does exist, and I am extremely sorry that his power fantasy has just got in the way of their evil plans!

Encouragement of the climb: the next summit

Aoi Yukimura’s fear of heights won’t hold her back in the next adaptation of Encouragement of Climb! Along with other mountaineering enthusiasts, including spirited Hinata Kuraue and the other climbers they met on their journey to great heights, Aoi and her friends face tough challenges and conquer new peaks as they embark on adventures across Japan’s mountain ranges. . New fans of the franchise will get to know the world of Encouragement of Climb through a selection of compilation episodes that reintroduce fan-favorite characters and best-loved moments from the series. Subsequent episodes contain entirely new stories that continue Aoi and her story of his ambition to overcome his fears and make her dreams come true.

Love flop

My master has no tail

Over time, supernatural and shapeshifting tanuki have loved playing tricks on humanity. A brave tanuki, Mameda, is no different. But there is a big problem. She was not born in ancient times, she was born in modern and more cynical times! How can she fulfill her mischievous tanuki fate when supernatural hijackings are a thing of the past? She finds a corner when she meets Bunko, a master of the Japanese art of rakugo, who uses storytelling to seduce his audience. Mameda is determined to use rakugo to cast a spell on humanity, but before her this tanuki cheat must convince no-nonsense Bunko to hire her as an apprentice.
