

John Carpenter Says “Halloween Ends” May Not Be The End Of The Franchise – Broadcast (Universal Pictures)
As many horror fans will know, Michael Myers’ killer franchise, created by John Carpenter, is close to the release of his latest film. “Halloween ends”. But now the true creator of the iconic character he came out to deny that he will be the last episode of horror movie series.
Undoubtedly one of the most successful film franchises and loved by horror fans is Halloween. And it is this, this slasher genre saga, marked an entire generation for fans of the horror genre and set the stage for all the killing tapes that came after. And apparently, it won’t be the end of the Michael Myers saga yet.
What did John Carpenter say about the possible end of the Halloween saga?
Now, in a recent interview with The New Yorker, Carpenter assured that the continuation of this horror saga will depend on how Halloween turns out. “If a film earns enough money, you can be sure it will get a sequel,” confirmed the author, alluding to the possibility of a continuation of the saga.
Likewise, he commented NME, when asked about the end of the Halloween franchise, “I’ll have to see how much money he makes! If the movie makes money, I don’t think it’s the endJohn Carpenter said, so everything seems to indicate that the possibility of a continuation is not far-fetched.
On the other hand, we must remember that the film Halloween Ends will be released next October 2022. And despite what was declared by John Carpenter, the studio responsible for the famous film states that this will be the last installment of the bloody saga of murderer Michael Myers.
Directed by David Gordon Green, the film will star Jamie Lee Curtis, as well as starring James Jude Courtney, Kyle Richards, Will Patton, Andi Matichak, Rohan Campbell and Nick Castle.
After 45 years, the most acclaimed horror franchise in film history may be coming to an end. For this occasion, the plot will tell us the story of the last confrontation between Laurie Strode and the incarnation of evil, Michael Myers.
