Yacht Club Games and Nitrome have announced that after 4 years of development, Excavation of the shovel rider will be released on September 23, 2022.
Arriving on Nintendo Switch, Apple Arcade, and Steam, players will be chasing Drill Knight after he blew up Shovel Knight’s campsite and stole his loot. But Shovel Knight and Shield Knight will soon learn that the adventure goes much deeper than a simple robbery.
A new game trailer with YouTubers Jirard Khalil And Arin Hanson has been released and the game looks great. Personally, you can skip the trailer’s live action snippets to get to the game’s cutscene. It looks like 4 years of development will definitely pay off with how refined and fun it is.
