After months of cryptic teasers that revealed virtually nothing, this new 60-second preview finally gives fans a glimpse of what has been Gilligan’s first series since. Better call Saulo it might sound and it’s every bit as strange and intriguing as you’d hope.

The only official description so far reads: “The most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness.” It feels like Gilligan is exploring something more psychological, more human, wrapped in a lo-fi sci-fi premise.

For fans of Gilligan’s storytelling, Pluribus appears to be another slow-burn masterpiece. It’s mysterious, character-driven, and conceptually wild, which is exactly what you’d expect from him.

Pluribus will premiere on Apple TV+ on November 7, 2025, kicking off a nine-episode series with new episodes streaming every Friday through December.
