With the release of “Spider-Man: No Way Home” last year, Marvel fans have been wondering if Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire will ever return as their respective Peters. A rumor put a little hope and an artist imagined his return in “Avengers: Secret Wars”.
At the moment there has been no official confirmation on his return, but at the SDCC it has been announced ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’, the last UCM film that would arrive until November 7, 2025. Just like in the comics, this is one of the biggest events in Marvel history, where all the heroes meet for the first time.

Recently, a strong voice from Geekosity states this Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire would be back ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’, and that the actors would have already signed with Marvel and Disney to make possible one of the most anticipated cameos for the future of the MCU.
Now, through her Twitter account, artist Agt Desging has imagined the moment in which Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield would appear in new outfits for ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’. The incredible fan made poster shows Garfield in the Iron-Spidey suit, while Maguire is in the Last Stand suit.
Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield versus Venom
Although there are still a few years left before the premiere of “Avengers: Secret Wars”, Marvel is already considering some ideas for the end of the MCU. And while some of them may still change or never come true, a rumor assures that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield could fight Venom in “Secret Wars”.
If that were possible, it would be the first time that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire interact with the rest of the Avengers and with the characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But until we get to that point, there are still a few years left of MCU movies and series.

Some experts and insiders claim that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield could return in their respective versions of Spiderman, but in several Sony projects separately, before “Secret Wars”. However, we’ll have to wait to find out what Marvel’s plans will be in this regard.
