Jordan Peel released his third film this summer with the hit thriller, No. The film saw fans rushing to the cinema to see what the director had in store, like his first two films, Go out And We, were big box office hits. But while this film made fans talk just like previous films, it also made fans speculate about the theories and meanings behind parts of the film that turned out to be mysterious in nature.

I saw the movie while I was at Comic-Con with some of our GeekTyrant crew, and we were all really into the movie, then we were pretty stumped by the ending. It really felt like the movie was going to go another way and some elements of the story seemed to be left very open. But it may have been by design.

Fans recently discussed a mystery character on the film’s IMDb page, listed as “Nobody”, played by the actor. Michael Busch.

Peele addressed the uncredited character, fan theories, and the possibility of a sequel in an interview with the New York Times, suggesting, “We’re not telling all these stories.”

“The story of that character has yet to be told, I can tell you,” Peele said, referring to the credit of IMDb. “Which is another frustrating way of saying, I’m glad people are paying attention. I think they will get more answers on some of these things in the future. We haven’t finished telling all these stories. “

Busch’s character “Nobody” does not appear in the final cut of “No”, but he is seen very briefly in the trailer, walking calmly against the tide of a panicked crowd, which you can see below:

Discussing fans’ fascination with the character, Peele said, “People are doing a lot of interesting detective work.”

Earlier this month, “Nope” topped $ 100 million at the national box office, marking Peele’s third feature to reach that benchmark. The film follows the OJ brothers (Daniel Kaluya) and Emerald Hayworth (Keke Palmer) as they attempt to capture footage of a mysterious UFO circling their family ranch. Steven Yeun And Brandon Perea also star. “No” is now available on VOD and is still being shown in some theaters.
