Apple TV + has revamped its parenting comedy Try for the fourth season, and I couldn’t be happier. I enjoyed this series and the first three seasons have been wonderfully fun. I like the characters in the story so much and I can’t help but enjoy cheering for them.
Try is a British comedy television series created by Andy Wolton. The series follows Nikki (Ester Smith) and Jason (Rafe Spall), a couple who really want to become parents, but are struggling to conceive a child. There comes a point where they decide to adopt, only to face a whole list of new challenges and surprises that come with the adoption process.
In the most recent third season, “they wake up as the new parents of two children they are still meeting. Now they just have to hold them tight, which turns out to be more complicated than they initially thought. Thrown directly into the depths of their parents, Nikki and Jason’s relationships with each other and their closest loved ones are put to the test as they desperately try to navigate the ups and downs of parenting, while clinging to their children and their sanity. .
It will be fun to see how Nikki and Jason’s story continues into the new season. The third season finale will air on September 2.
Try it only marks the third Apple-scripted series to make it into season four, following the comedy Mythical research and the drama For all of humanity.
