As the film opens on September 2 in several countries, including the United States, descriptions, and even screenshots, of this new content have already started circulating on the Internet from the film by Jon Watts. A text has been published on Reddit giving a lot of details on what the new video would consist of, which has not yet official confirmation (logically). We’re not going to translate it word for word here, but we’re going to review the main news, so if you don’t want to find out before the premiere, stop reading.

Obviously we have to adjust our expectations for this extended version because it’s only 11 minutes longer. In fact, the film would have been preceded by a conversation between Holland, Maguire and Garfield who recorded via Zoom when they made the interview which was published days after the premiere.

One of the biggest questions, answered

Perhaps the most surprising thing, aside from the fact that we will be seeing a little more of Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and that they included the deleted scene of Harry Holland, Tom’s brother, is that The trailer for “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” which served as a post-credits scene in the original premiere has been replaced by a scene that explains a little better how the spell worked because everyone has forgotten about Peter Parker, especially the photos or videos in which he could appear.

In Spain we still have to wait a little longer to see the extended version of “Spider-Man: No Way Home” in theaters. Its premiere is set for 23 September.
