Drop announces the new SENSE75 mechanical keyboard

Drop recently announced the new SENSE75 mechanical keyboard. This is Drop’s version of the 75% keyboard layout and features a symmetrical design, invisible bottom RBG LED speakers, RGB lights that can be customized per key, quiet stabilizers, south-facing switches, and hot-swappable sockets. Two versions of the SENSE75 are available, each in 2 colors: black and e-white. The first version is the pre-built version that features Drop’s Holy Panda X switches, DCX keycaps and Phantom stabilizers in an aircraft-grade aluminum case with a gasket-mounted design. The other version is barebones which only comes with the gasket-mounted keyboard frame. You will need to provide the switches and keycaps yourself. Drop CEO Jef Holove said:

When we pursued the development of a 75% mechanical keyboard, we were committed to designing a product with great attention to detail and premium materials that would not only outperform others on the market, but also offer a typing and customization experience that our community would have appreciated. After an intense design and development process, we are proud to present Drop SENSE75 and we can’t wait for our community to try it, as we couldn’t have built it without them.

You can pre-order your SENSE75 keyboard now from the Drop website. The barebones version will cost $ 249 for black and $ 299 for electronic white, while the pre-built will cost $ 100 more at $ 349 for black and $ 399 for electronic white.
