The cult classic horror movie Killer Klown from space will be part of Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights with new attractions. The attraction traps guests in a frightening amusement of killer clown-like creatures. To promote it, they released a fun Killer Klown from space short film!
The short came with the following note: “The Killer Klowns of Outer Space have landed. If you let them turn you into a bloody goo, then the joke is really about you. In short, the Klown known as “Shorty” terrorizes a group of friends at a gas station and kills them.
It is interesting to see Killer Klown from space return to pop culture. The original movie came out in 1988 and I haven’t seen the movie since I was in high school.
In the film, “When teens Mike and Debbie see a comet crash outside their sleepy town, they investigate and discover a pack of killer aliens who look a lot like circus clowns. They try to warn local authorities, but they all assume their story is a joke. Meanwhile, the clowns have been gathering and eating as many people as possible. It’s only when they kidnap Debbie that Mike decides it’s up to him to stop the bloody fury of the clowns.
