Since August 5, the new film in the ‘Predator’ franchise has been released on streaming platforms such as Disney +, Star + and Hulu in the United States. But now an improved version of “Prey” is available which increases the level of detail in the image.

From its first original, ‘Prey’ is available on Star + in Mexico, on Disney + in Spain and Europe and on Hulu in the United States. At the time, many fans wondered what happened to the Comanche dubbing, but this option had to be activated only in the extras of the film.

But now, they have released the improved version of ‘Prey’ with definition in 4K Ultra HD, as well as activating features such as HDR10 and Dolby Atmos sound. Although it should be noted that in order to enjoy the movie with Amber Midthunder, you will need to have the necessary internet speed to reproduce this resolution.

To be able to see ‘Prey’ in its final versionyou must access the platform in your region where it is available, be it Disney +, Star + or Hulu, but only from a TV or Smart TV, as if you try to do so from a computer or mobile device, these functions will not be available.

The director of “Prey” recommends the best way to enjoy the film

Director Dan Trachtenberg (The Boys, Black Mirror) said that “we mastered the film in HDR, so this is the gold standard format from which all other versions were made.” While it is worth mentioning that on the streaming platforms where it is available they have image compression, however, this improved version is the closest way to enjoying it in theaters.

Also, this edition of ‘Prey’ doesn’t affect the rest of the film in any way, it’s just an improvement in picture quality, which can be enjoyed with some of the best TVs on the market. So, as its director said, this will be the best way to see “that bright green blood flowing across your screen”.

“Prey” is the latest film in the sci-fi horror saga “Predator”, starring Amber Midthunder, Michelle Thrush, Stefany Mathias, Mike Paterson, Dakota Beavers and Stormee Kipp, who give birth to a small Comanche tribe that must face the first Yautja on Earth with their limited tools.
