One of the future films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that causes the most intrigue among fans is the reboot of ‘Fantastic 4’, scheduled for November 2024. And now, strong rumors indicate that director Matt Shakman, head of ‘WandaVision’ may take over. the project.

However, according to information from The Direct, Marvel would be betting on a familiar face for UCM characters reboot, and Matt Shakman would be the director of the film ‘Fantastic Four’.

At the moment, neither Disney nor Kevin Feige have confirmed that Shakman will repeat with the company, but if he does, they will announce it on September 10 at D23.

In the latest edition of San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel confirmed that “Fantastic Four” will be released on November 8, 2022, however, so far there hasn’t been any cast or production team related to the film. It is also unknown if John Krasinski would return to his role as Reed Richards for the reboot.
It wouldn’t be surprising if Marvel decided to call Shakman for “Fantastic 4”, since the director has proven to handle characters exceptionally, which is why “WandaVision” is one of the best series in the MCU, according to fans. and also the scores it received from specialized critics.
