‘Wonderful disaster’: first trailer for ‘After’ producers’ new romantic film

The fourth and final installment of the romantic saga ‘After’ will be released in theaters on August 26 and for those who are already losing it, the producers of the films with Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin They already have their new project ready in the same line for young adults, ‘Wonderful disaster’.

The film will be distributed in Spain by Diamond Films, which was commissioned to launch the ‘After’ saga in our country. We don’t have a release date yet though. Now we can see the first teaser trailer of the film based on the blockbuster book written by Jamie McGuire and directed by Roger Kumbledirector of “The Sweetest Thing” and “Cruel Intentions”, who has already commissioned the third chapter of Tessa and Hardin’s story, “After. Lost Souls.”

‘Wonderful Disaster’ is played by Dylan Sprouse, who played Trevor in ‘After. In a Thousand Pieces’ and here brings to life Travis and Virginia Gardner (“Runaways”, “Halloween Night”), who plays Abby Albernathy. Rounding out the cast are Ethan Embry, Rob Estes, Libe Barer, Austin North, Manal El-Feitury and Akshay Kumar.

The official “Wonderful Disaster” synopsis, provided by Diamond Films, reads: Travis Maddox is exactly what Abby Abernathy needs and wants … to avoid in her freshman year of college. He spends his nights fighting in underground boxing matches and is a model student and campus seducer during the day. Abby doesn’t want anything to do with Travis, but he proposes a bet: if he loses the next match, he will spend a whole month without sex; if she wins, she Abby will have to live in her apartment during that time. Travis has no idea that Abby’s dark past is about to come to light, unleashing a tornado of emotions, obsessions and games that will end up damaging them … but it could also bind them forever.

Goodbye, Tessa and Hardin

Meanwhile, “After” fans are already preparing to say goodbye with the theatrical release of its fourth and final installment on Friday 26 August. In ‘After. Infinite Love ‘, Tessa and Hardin find themselves at a new crossroads in their relationship, with Tessa facing the difficult choice of whether to keep trying to save Hardin or it’s time to choose and save herself.

The first three films of the saga (available on Amazon Prime Video) have been very successful in Spain, where they grossed more than 8.5 million euros at the box office, which has led to plans to expand the saga with new prequels and sequels that will soon see the light.
