WEBTOON and Riot Games are teaming up to organize a contest for art fans of valiant. From August 23, 2022 to September 18, 2022, creators can submit 20 webcomic panels in a reimagining of Agent “Fade” from his existing audio drama “The Sting”.
The WEBTOON and Riot Games judges will review the entries and choose 10 winners: four Grand Prize winners, a People’s Choice and five runners-up. Grand prize winners will receive a one-hour virtual brainstorming session with members of Valorant’s premium content team where they can ask questions and discuss ideas for a new Gun Buddy to include in a future Battle Pass.
All 10 winners will be featured on the WEBTOON and Valorant social media pages and on the Valorant community update page. You can visit the contest page for more information on how to enter.
Personally, I think they should rework the awards or perhaps consider making an artbook with the winning comics instead of just a feature on social media pages. What do you think, are you excited to see “The Sting” as a comic?
