“Two Hollywood sorcerers, stuck in a house … so what’s going on?”
This is a teaser trailer for an upcoming independent film titled The cowboy and the samurai. It is made by the YouTube channel The Lewis Brothers and the story was inspired by the making of the 1978 comedy Going souththat was a western that Jack Nicholson acted and directed.
He ended up casting Giovanni Belushi star alongside him in the film, which the film’s producers advised against. The two Hollywood Hellraisers ended up having all kinds of troubles together during the development of the film.

Jamie Costa plays Nicholson and Sandy Danto plays Belushi in the film. There isn’t a lot of filming, but it looks like it could be an interesting and fun movie.
The cowboy and the samurai is directed by Jake Lewis, with a script written by Jake and Sam Lewis. The YouTube channel says the “full movie [is] soon on The Lewis Brothers channel “.
