
Johnny Depp is returning to the director’s seat for the first time in 25 years with a novelty Al Pacino-project of film produced by the title Modigliani. The film is about the Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani.
The film is based on a play by Dennis McIntyre and will tell the story of the “painter and sculptor in Paris in 1916. Modigliani it will tell the life of the Italian artist through 48 turbulent and eventful hours. ”The screenplay was written by Jerzy and Mary Kromolowski.
Barry Navidi is also a co-producer on the film and it will be his fourth collaboration with Pacino.
