The SnyderVerse would be back, but not as Zack Snyder fans would like

The last few days have been of a lot of movement within Warner Bros. Discovery, between the scandals with Ezra Miller, the change to HBO Max and the cancellation of ‘Batgirl’, it’s clear that the company will go through a time of transition. Now, a new rumor claims that David Zaslav wants the SnyderVerse, but not as Zack Snyder imagined.

Some fans believed that with the cancellation of “Batgirl” on HBO Max and the return of Ben Affleck in “Aquaman 2”, the SnyderVerse could be restored, although it didn’t take long for a Rolling Stone report to highlight the details of the complicated relationship between Warner Bros and Zack Snyder.

And although there are those who say that Zack Snyder’s vision will continue within the UEDC after “The Flash”, even if the restoration of the universe would be gradual, now a new rumor excites fans. Well, insider Syl Abdyul assures he listened David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, has changed his mind about the SnyderVerse.

However, Not what Zack Snyder fans expected.with the director of ‘300’ back in the ranks of the UEDC, but Warner just wants to keep the SnyderVerse timeline.since, otherwise, they just want their stories to have nothing to do with the director, as well as have meaning within the universe.

Zack Snyder and his relationship with Warner Bros. Discovery

During San Diego Comic-Con 2022, DC Films president Walter Hamada answered a fan’s question about whether Zack Snyder could somehow return to the DCEU, to which he told the director he would not more adapted to what they planned within the company.

Hamada himself recently expressed his intentions to leave Warner and DC following the cancellation of “Batgirl”. It should be remembered that the executive was one of those responsible for the sacking of Zack Snyder and that fans continue to believe that it is the last obstacle standing in the way of the restoration of the SnyderVerse.

For now, the only thing confirmed is that Zack Snyder will be working for the next few years on Netflix with “Rebel Moon” and Warner Bros. Discovery created DC Studios, in order to create UEDC films for the next 10 years, although the details have not been revealed so far.
