Shudder has released a trailer for a new horror movie titled Glorious. The film is described as a Lovecraftian horror film about a broken-hearted man named Wes who finds himself trapped in a bathroom with a strange voice saying he may be the only hope of stopping a terrible event.
The film is the protagonist Ryan Kwanten (Real blood) as the young man losing control after a bad breakup. The strange voice in the bathroom is an otherworldly monster voiced by none other than JK Simmons. As the man tries to escape, he realizes that he is a reluctant player in a bigger situation than he could have imagined.
The story takes Wes “deep into his psyche as he wrestles with fate and a look at the unthinkable in this Lovecraft-inspired comic horror.”
The film looks interesting and comes from the director Rebecca McKendry (All the creatures were stirring, Tales of Halloween) from a script of Joshua Hull, David Ian McKendry And Todd Rigney.
Glorious will debut on August 18, only on Shudder.
