A new documentary recently released on the Bloody-Disgusting streaming service titled SCREAMBOX Pennywise: The story of it. The document explores the making of Stephen KingThe classic 1990 miniseries. It was one of my favorite shows to watch as a kid. I recorded that thing on VHS and watched it over and over for years!

We have some rare, never-before-seen behind-the-scenes photos to share with you today from the wonderfully terrifying miniseries set. Those photos feature the cast and crew including Tim Curry as Pennywise The Clown. Damn … he was so awesome in that role! Other cast members include Riccardo Tommaso And Green Settogether with the director Tommy Lee Wallace and special effects make-up artist Bart Mixon.

More than thirty years after its release, the popular two-part miniseries IT and its infamous villain survive in the minds of horror fans around the world. Pennywise: The Story of IT, co-directed by Giovanni Campopiano (Unearthed & Untold: The Path to Pet Sematary) e Christopher Griffith (Leviathan: The Story of Hellraiser) and produced by Gary Smart (Dark Ditties Presents), captures not only the spark created by the IT saga when it was released, but also the lasting impact it had on an entire generation and genre. horror in general.

After several years in the making, the film features exclusive interviews with many of the stars of the cult classic, from cast members Richard Thomas, Seth Green and Tim Curry, who portrayed the infamous monster clown Pennywise, to director Tommy Lee Wallace and makeup. special effects artist Bart Mixon.
