After the smash hit of ‘The Squid Game’ and his directorial debut at Cannes, Lee Jung Jae would be thinking about his next big step in Hollywood and it looks like Marvel would be the company to go for, as he recently reported that the actor would be in talks with the house of ideas to join his universe of superheroes.
The actor Lee Jung Jae ‘The squid gamer ‘, has never been part of a project involving superheroes and until now has been characterized by being part of dramatic productions with a little bit of action. However, it seems that the house of ideas would be the exception to him in his career, since the actor would be looking to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
According to information published by craves wonder, Lee Jung Jae is reportedly in talks to join Marvel and his whole world of superheroes. However, it is unknown for which movie or character the actor and the comic company will hold meetings and contacts.
If true, Lee Jung Jae could become the third South Korean actor to join the MCU. The first was Ma Dong, who played Gilgamesh in Chloe Zháo’s “Eternals” in 2021, and the second will be Park Seo Joon, who will make his Marvel debut as Amadeus Cho in “The Marvels”, out March 28. . July 2023.
