The dragon prince was at San Diego Comic-Con this year and the fans got a nice gift! During the panel, the team showed a clip from the first episode of the fourth season showing Claudia and Viren talking. We also learn that two years have passed since the battle at the end of season 3 which was dubbed the Battle of the Storm Spire. The clip also shows a slightly older Callum trying to figure out what the problem is with the mirror. The video closes reminding us that the next chapter in The dragon prince it is called the Mystery of Aaravos.
Co-creators Aaron Ehasz And Justin Richmond as well as executive producer Villads Spangsberg; main writer Devon Giehl; and the voice actors of Callum and Claudia, Jack De Sena And Racquel Belmonte respectively, they were part of the panel. They revealed that during the multi-season arc of Mystery of Aaravos, fans would “see the enigmatic elf Startouch, Aaravos, take center stage, claiming his right to the magical world of Xadia after centuries of careful planning.” His plan will begin to take shape and he will use Claudia and Viren to free him. It was also revealed that Janai and Amaya have rebuilt the sun elves, Ezran has indeed taken on the role of king of Katolis with Soren and Corvus serving as his crown guard, Zym has grown up, Callum is now High Mage, and Rayla is at the Viren’s research. Fans should be thrilled to meet the Blood of Earth elves in the new season, especially Terry who is described as “affable and very adorable”, as well as the Drakewood environment.
