SyFy has released a teaser trailer for Chucky Season 2, and features footage of Halloween being celebrated. He also announced it Don ManciniThe series will premiere on October 5, 2022!
This first season of this show has been fantastic and I can’t wait to see what season two will bring. The series continues the plot of the original franchise films. It is a new version of the franchise and “explores the character of Chucky with a depth that is uniquely offered by the format of the television series”.
In the series, “After a vintage Chucky doll shows up at a sale in a suburban courtyard, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos as a series of grisly murders begin to expose the city’s hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies – and allies – from Chucky’s past threatens to unravel the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins as a seemingly normal child who somehow became this infamous monster.
Brad Dourif And Jennifer Tilly they will both come back for Chucky Season 2, and they will be joined by returning cast members Zackary Arthur like Jake Wheeler, Björgvin Arnarson like Devon Evans, Alyvia Alyn Lind like Lexy Cross, Fiona Dourif like Nica Pierce, Alessio Vincenzo like Andy Barclay, Cristina Elisa like Kyle, and Barbara Alyn Woods as Mayor Michelle Cross.
The series is also the protagonist Meg Tilly (Psycho 2, Body Thieves), Gina Gershon (Tied up, Killer Joe), Gio Pantoliano (I remember), Tony Nappo (Visa II), And Sutton Strake (Real housewives). Devon Sawa will play a new character, with Lara Jean Chorostecki (Hannibal) in an undisclosed role.
