The artist noted: “Many years ago I did a parody version of this, I never thought I’d see a Joker musical.” Many fans have questioned whether “Joker 2” is a sequel, however, there are currently no more details as to whether Todd Phillips would have bet on this genre throughout his history, or at key plot moments.

Currently “Joker 2” is in development and Todd Phillips along with Joaquin Phoenix are the only ones confirmed in production, so the approved script by DC Comics and Warner may go through some changes in the future, but we will have to wait until these are confirmed. .
