Not so much after The hawk and the winter soldier was released, Marvel Studios announced they were developing Captain America 4 with the creator of the series and the showrunner Malcolm Spellman developing it. It has now been announced that the director of Netflix The Cloverfield paradox, Giulio Onahwill direct the film.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t raise much confidence in that The Cloverfield paradox it wasn’t a great movie But with Kevin FeigeThe movie guide, maybe Onah will offer another good Marvel movie. But there was a very high standard set by the Russo Bros. for the Captain America movies, especially with Captain America: The Winter Soldier And Captain America civil war. Does this creative team have what it takes to reach that level?
Anthony Mackie he will return as Sam Wilson aka Captain America and there is a possibility that he will be joined Sebastian Stan like Bucky Barnes. We may also see other familiar faces from the series, including the likes of Emily Van Camp like Sharon Carter, Wyatt Russell like John Walker, and maybe Daniel Bruhl like Zemo.
There are no details on what the film will entail, so for now we can only speculate on what the film will entail. But I can’t wait to see Sam Wilson’s story arc continue as the new Captain America!
