Jamie Campbell of ‘Stranger Things’ will star in a horror film about a real exorcism

After his participation in “Stranger Things” as the villain Vecna, Jamie Campbell He already has several projects on the horizon and among these stands out his starring role in a new horror film about a real exorcism also broadcast on television in the United States.

This new horror movie is ‘Real haunting’, in which an adaptation of the first televised exorcism in the United States is brought to the big screen. I know This is the exorcism that was done at the Becker family home and aired on NBC in 1971 with the reportage by journalist Carole Simpson.

This fact has also been brought into the world of literature under the name ‘True Haunting’, a book written by the Becker family, where they have been telling their version of events since they started perceiving strange things in the place where they lived and had just been moved, until finally he took a father to perform an exorcism.

Now, this controversial case will be adapted in a horror film directed by Gary Fleder, the same director of ‘Things to do in Denver when you’re dead’, one of the cult films of the nineties. Additionally, Jamie Campbell will share the screen with Erin Moriarty and Harrier Satler; although at the moment they are the only ones confirmed by the cast.
