Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton confirmed a few weeks ago that they are engaged, but now we also know that the couple are about to have a child. At the premiere of ‘Mr. Malcom’s List ‘, a romantic comedy in the style of Jane Austen, Ashton has appeared with the happy news that they are expecting a baby. The two actors met three years ago in the comedy “Betrayal”, in which they shared the stage with Charlie Cox, star of “Daredevil”. At the event, Hiddleston was not seen with his partner, possibly due to filming the second season of “Loki” in London. In Twitter we can see pictures of what Ashton looks like with her pregnancy.

Although Hiddleston is already an iconic and anointed character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Zawe Ashton first arrives in the franchise with the sequel to “Captain Marvel”, titled “The Marvels”. The film, which will reunite the ‘Ms. Marvel ‘by Iman Vellani with intergalactic superhero Brie Larson will mark Ashton’s Marvelite debut. It is not yet known which character the actress will play, but it will be the villain or, at least, one of them. Teyonah Parris will appear again as Monica Rambeau, who we already saw in “Scarlet Witch and Vision”.

Connection with ‘Ms. Wonder’
A week ago, the third installment of ‘Ms. Wonder, that includes an important reference to another Marvel Phase 4 film: “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”. At first, it is shown how Kamala’s great-grandmother came into contact with the bracelet that gives her the powers. This bracelet was found in a temple which reveals the connection to “Shang-Chi” and could give us a clue to “The Marvels”. In a glimpse of the temple from above, we can see the symbol of the criminal organization of the Ten Rings carved into the ground.
Recall that Captain Marvel’s last appearance in the MCU took place in a “Shang-Chi” post-credits scene, where he was investigating the Ten Rings with Bruce Banner (Marco Ruffalo) and Wong (Benedict Wong). ‘The Marvels’, in this way, could tell us a little more about the origin of these artifacts. The film stars Nia DaCosta (“Candyman”) as director and Megan McDonnell (“Scarlet Witch and Vision”) as screenwriter. We also know that he will bring back Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), whose face we last saw in “Spider-Man: Far From Home” in 2019.
‘The wonders’ Its release date is set for July 28, 2023.
