Untold Frankenstein is a new series in development by Sky Studios, described as a “radical retelling” of the classic monster tale.
The project will take Mary ShelleyThe novel as a starting point “to explore the philosophical and political themes of the book, with the story, set in 1816, told through the eyes of eight different characters”.
This is a different and unique version of the Frankenstein story, and it will be interesting to see how this classic story unfolds in this way. I wish there were more details to share about the series and this new version of the story, but that’s all we have for now.
The show will be directed by Philipp Stölzl (The real game, north side), who also created the series and is currently developing it with producers Neue Schönhauser Film (Back on track).
