Disney gave us the happy and happy that we all grew loving, but the original stories on which they were based are far from magical. Many of these classic fairy tales, rooted in the works of the Grimm brothers and other folklore, have obsessive, violent and decidedly depressing endings.
From the tragic deaths in brutal punishments, these stories were not written for children, they were cautious stories with dark lessons.
