David Koepp makes fun of the emotional core of Steven Spielberg’s mysterious science fiction film

While promoting Jurassic World: RebirthKoepp briefly spoke of the project, which has just enveloped the production. Spielberg and Koepp are not foreign to each other. Koepp told Deadline:

“Unfortunately, there is very little that I can say if not what we have finished shooting about three weeks ago. I think it’s fantastic and will come out next June.”

“What does so well is to mix a huge show with a deeply authentic human emotion. It is different from anything you get from other directors: this film moves incredibly on a personal level.”

Many of Spielberg’s science fiction cinematographic projects of the past are anchored in the heart. If Koepp indicates that this is one of Spielberg’s most personal efforts over the years, fans should start paying attention.

Koepp also revealed that Spielberg originated the idea and was strongly involved in modeling it from scratch:

“He was the most involved as he was in any film I wrote for him to direct.”

The cast for the project includes Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, Colman DomingoAND Wyatt Russell. This is a solid mix of successful creditors and dramatic weight, even if everyone’s roles are kept under the compresses.
