Sarah Michelle Gellar wants to “report all those who died” in New Buffy The Vampire Slayer Revival

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair Italia, Sarah Michelle Gellar open for the imminent Buffy The Vampire Slayer Revival, and his character of desire is ambitious as he wants to report everyone, including those who have not survived the original race. Gellar said:

“It will be lighter than the last seasons of the original. We will try to find a balance between new and old characters. My dream is to report all those who have died, but the space will also have to be done for new stories.”

This is a high order, considering how many favorite characters from the fans met the tragic ends in the original series. But if someone can make a supernatural meeting, it is Buffy.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew star Ryan Kiera Armstrong It has been officially announced as the new series series. Gellar, who returns to a recurring role like Buffy, has had nothing but praise for his young co-protagonist, saying:

“From the moment I saw Ryan’s hearing, I knew there was only a girl I wanted by my side. Having that type of emotional intelligence and talent, in such a young age it is really a gift. The bonus is that her smile illuminates even the darkest room.”

The new series will be led by the showrunners Nora Zuckerman AND Lila Zuckerman (Shield agents, poker face), with Director of the Oscar winner Chloé zhao (Nomadland, Eternals) Direct the pilot and executive production.

Gellar will also act as an executive producer, combined with the veterinarians of the original series Gail Berman, Lan AND Kaz KuzuiAND Dolly Partonwhose Sandollar productions were one of the original producers behind the iconic show.

With Buffy officially increasing again, longtime fans are wondering how this new era will be to kill. Will we see Willow, Xander or Spike again? Oz or Tara could they return? And how would they report exactly loved characters who died years ago?

Gellar may still not have those answers, but clearly hopes that this new series can find that magic and bring anyone back.
