Sony Pictures released a second trailer for I know what you did last summerThe awakening of the classic horror franchise of the Slasher film of the 90s and gives us a better look at what is in store and more details on the new story he will tell.
This is basically a Rehash of the original film but with a completely new group of characters. But perhaps they will launch a touch or two in history, which also sees the return of the franchise stars Jennifer Love Hewitt AND Freddie Prinze Jr. While they find themselves managing this killer nightmare again.
In the film, “When five friends inadvertently cause a fatal car accident, they cover their involvement and make a pact to keep it a secret rather than face the consequences.
“A year later, their past returns to persecute them and are forced to deal with a horrible truth: someone knows what they did last summer … and it is hellish on revenge.
“Like one by one, friends are persecuted by a killer, they discover that it happened before and turn to two survivors at the legendary Southport massacre in 1997 to ask for help.”
The same story is based with a new young group of characters who are killed. So if you liked the original film and the formula it followed, you will probably like this film to awaken. It looks like a nice fun horror movie.
The film comes from Write and Director Jennifer Kaytin Robinsonand also the stars Madelyn Cline, Chase on wonder, Jonah Hauer-King, Tyriq Withers , Sarah Pidgeon, Billy Campbell, Bechtel Gabbriette, Austin Nichols, Lola TungAND Nicholas Alexander Chavez.
Sony Pictures will publish the film in cinemas on July 18, 2025.
