Miles Teller He is entering a strange and hilarious new territory. THE Top Gun: Maverick AND Whip Star will be the title Song Possuma fantastic comedy of Sing sing writer and director Greg Kwedar.
The film comes from a script of Isaac Adamson And it is produced by Filmnation Entertainment and Ethos, the new Kwedar production company and a longtime collaborator Clint Bentley.
Teller will play Eddie in history, “a too sure Nashville star who hides a dark secret: he has stolen the songs for his successful debut album. Now, with a new wife and a child on the way, Eddie has to write his follow-up solo or risk losing everything.
“But just when things seem more hopeless, Eddie discovers a musical genius in the form of a magical opossum with which he hits a dangerous Faustian affair.”

Greg’s vision, Isaac’s hilarious script and Miles Teller’s magnetic performance will create the type of cinematographic race that the public brama-with music to do, visceral shocks, options, humor and emotion,” said Ben Browning, president of Motion entertainment.
This is an interesting and unique mashup that looks like a great project for Teller, which has recently flexed its range with everything, from hits to high number of octanes to gritty dramas.
He just played in Apple Throatand already has a job wrapped on A24 Eternity where he reads in front Elizabeth Olsen AND Callum Turnerand the biographical movie by Michael Jackson in Lionsgate Michael.
Teller and Lee Stobby will also act as producers Song Possum.
