If you wanted to take a better look David Corenswet ‘S Superman I live, a new video has made its way online and offers our best look, but to the seed that is destined to define the new era of the DCU.
The suit is the result of a close -knit creative collaboration between costume designer Jugianna Makovskydirector James Gunnand Corenswet itself.
Makovsky also worked on movies likeCaptain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity Warand Gunn’s Guardians of the galaxy. Now he is lending his talents to El’s house, elaborating a design that nods to tradition while carving his identity.
While I’m thrilled to watch this film, I’m not yet 100% sold on Superman costume. They are a kind of purist when it comes to costume projects like this and this is such a great start from the versions of the dress I love. But I just hope the film tells a strong story!
Corenswet spoke of taking on such an iconic role, Syaing: “James Gunn has a tremendous imagination. I am only here to deliver the lines he wrote. It is a very particular vision, spicy with some wonderful elements and shows. I hope to get up to the audience’s eyes.”
Superman He will tell the story of the “Superman journey to reconcile his Kryptonian inheritance with his human education as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas.
“It is the incarnation of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as an old style.
“It is set in a world very different from ours and far from the DCEU. The heroes have been in circulation for years and we will see how it has influenced the history of this world and has shaped the DCU.”

The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on 11 July 2025.
