John Boyega talks about the cut scene that would confirmed that Finn was a Jedi

So, apparently, Finn is never explicitly confirmed that he is a Jedi in the trilogy, which has been disappointing and strange considering that one of the most memorable images from the marketing of “The Force Awakens” presented Finn with a laser sword.
