First videos released the trailer of a series of output streaming entitled The narrow road to the deep northA prisoner of war that reads Jacob Elordi. It looks like an incredible intense series that will tell a strong story.

The narrow road to the deep north is described as “a wildly beautiful series in five parts that traces the life of Dorrigo Evans (played by Jacob Elordi as a young man, with Ciarán Hinds Like the oldest Dorrigo), through her passionate love relationship with Amy Mulvaney (Odessa Young), her time was prisoner in a prison camp and her subsequent years spent as an accused surgeon and a reluctant war hero.

“As a prisoner of Japanese war forced to work on the Thai-Burma railway, the medical agent Dorrigo Evans is persecuted by the memory of his relationship with his uncle’s wife, Amy.

“The thoughts on it support him and torment him as he spends his days trying to preserve life in a world besieged by death. Their love began by chance when they met in a library. From that moment, Amy’s thoughts have constantly flooded the mind of Dorrigo, despite her long -term wedding with another woman.”

The series comes from Justin Kurzel (Order) with a cast that includes Odessa Young, Olivia Dejonge, Heather Mitchell, Thomas Weatherall, Show Kasamatsu, Akira Fujii, Jack mcgreal, Charles An, Taki Abe, Simon BakerAND George Simitzis.

Amazon will debut The narrow road to the deep north on the video first from April 18, 2025.
