Dark winds The third season was previewed on AMC and had a scene in which George RR Martin AND Robert Redford They are playing chess in prison. In case you don’t know, these two are executive producers on the show.
One of the fun parts of the clip is the opening line of Redford, when he says: “George, waiting for the whole world! Make a move! “
The line obviously refers to George, the character, using too much time to move his piece of chess. But it’s hard not to think of Martin A song of ice and fire series of books and how fans are waiting for years to finish the next book of the series, The winds of Winte.
So yes … George, the whole world is waiting for those books, so make a move! You finish the damned thing!
