Trailer and Clip Stan Lee: the final chapter; A doctor about how he has been exploited in his last years

A new documentary is intended to withdraw the curtain on the heartbreaking final chapter of Stan Lee’s life. Stan Lee: the final chapter Will shed light on how the Marvel Comics icon has been exploited by those closest to him in his last years. I have a trailer and a clip to be looked below.

The film was directed by Jon Bolerjackwho spent four years working as one of the Lee assistants and the film is built on hundreds of hours of videos that capture people in the Lee’s internal circle, including those who took advantage of it when his health decreased.

Lee was a fixed appointment to conventions in his last years, in which his presence has generated enormous profits through autographs and photographic operations. However, much of that money “has never been seen by Lee or his family”.

The documentary will explore how Lee has been pushed to continue working despite his fragility, all while those around him have flanked the pockets.

Bolerjack, who witnessed these events in the first person, describes his time with Lee both as a dream and as a control of the devastating reality:

“It was an absolute dream that became reality to me to have intimately know, make friends and travel for the world with one of the icons of my life, Stan Lee. He entrusted me to capture the last years of his life on video and encouraged me to share this movie with the world after he left.

“And after witnessing how a handful of people around him had continually betrayed him in his weakened conditions, I felt that I was let me tell this incredibly and really heartbreaking story of his last days.”

Lee himself tried to react. In the months preceding his disappearance in November 2018, he presented a restrictive order against his former business partner Key Morgan, who was subsequently arrested on charges of abuse of elderly people. P

Olice reports that Morgan manipulated Lee, convincing him that he was in danger and had to be transferred. Lee has even integrated legal actions against his former manager and lawyer, calling them “businessmen, stovers and unscrupulous opportunists”.

Bolerjack has spent the last four years to pour their money into completing Stan Lee: the final chapterBut now, to ensure that the film reaches the public, he is shooting himself in Kickstarter.

The crowdfunding campaign is launched today, with the aim of raising funds to finish the post-production and publish the film before the end of the year.

For fans who have admired Lee and his contribution to wonder and pop culture as a whole, this documentary will be a difficult but necessary clock.
