Grace finds himself on a date of Tinder with a subfinited entrepreneur who will do anything to develop his unique app of his kind. He has no problem that go to everything to pay the rent to his landlord.

The short film is a small taste of what our main character, Nate is capable. I wanted to show only one of his many horrible small patterns that is happening.

My team and I was about to launch our crowdfunding campaign and we thought it would be fun to recognize that crowdfunding is very annoying for all the subjects involved. In this economy it is the first episode of a concept trilogy for the film Length, Heks Fitte. We still hope to make the functionality.

What was the inspiration for your movie? How did you come the idea?

I have always loved the idea that people take crazy shortcuts in life how to do business with demons and witches. I grew up looking at things like crypt stories! Since we had no budget, we knew that our cast had to be small and our location would be my living room. With those restrictions I found the story.

Tell us about you. What is your background? How long have you been a director?

I made films from high school using VHS and HI8 cameras. I graduated from the Seattle Film Institute in 2005. From the school I was lucky enough to have made several award -winning shorts and a movie!

What was your favorite part of the film process for this project?

My favorite part of the film process is editing. It is fantastic to finally see your vision gather. It may not be exactly what you wanted or you thought it would be, but it is your opportunity to solve the problems and collaborate with your team. Your post -production team can even make it better than I initially thought. I have been shocked and surprised many times!

What I am most proud of is what we have done with so little. In this economy he won 12 prizes and screened in film festivals all over the world. Our little crew was all my friends who learned on the set.

What is a favorite story or a moment from the making of the film you would like to share?

My favorite part of the production was when we all been able to see Olaf in makeup for the first time. When we got the great revelation it was like, Oh shit, we could have a beautiful movie in our hands! His revelation brought all the new energy to the set. It was fantastic.

What was your most demanding moment or experience you had while you shoot your movie?

We remained behind in our shooting program and our actor Gevin was in full trick Olaf for too long. It was super uncomfortable for him. I still feel bad to date. Let’s still make movies together, so I guess it’s not too angry for this.

In this case, how has your film changed or deferred by its original concept during pre-production, production and/or post-production? How did the way you approach future projects as a result?

Our end result was surprisingly close to the vision. We have learned a lot about the adjustment of our shooting programs to be more realistic. We will always be ambitious with our shoots, this production has taught us to fight it a little.

Who were some of your collaborators and actors of the film? How did you start working with each other?

I started working with our actress, hope and producer Jenn in 2012. Both were part of a part of mine short of worsen night to cultivate a couple. I thought Hope was so fantastic to work with, so expressive and surprising on the screen that I put them on five other films. Jenn is so brilliant and talented that it has become the main producer of all my films. Our actor Gevin was also in the worst night to cultivate a couple, but I met him in 2007 in a job producing DVD for entertainment in the shop. Since then we have helped each other on various projects. He is a Rad boy!

What is the best advice you have ever received as director and what would you mean to the new filmmakers?

The best advice I received as a director is, you get a large central group of nice filmmakers and help me each other. I would give the same identical advice to the new filmmakers. It is so difficult to make a good movie. You will need help.

What are your plans for your career and what do you hope that this film does for this? What kind of stories would you like to tell going on?

My current career plan is to make another film. I hope my shorts will help me build a wider audience to get some financing to carry out bigger projects. I intend to do anything but horror movies for the rest of my life. Making horror movies is too funny. Honestly, my short in this economy opened some doors to me. Entering more festivals like Filmquest gave me some credit, bringing to more people who wanted to work with me. Those laurel filmquest seem fantastic on a poster.

What is your next project and when can we expect to see it?

Currently my Christmas horror movie, three Hoses Down is ending a race at the successful festival! I hope I have a short horror folk movie shot in the autumn. The film will be the third short in my concept concept trilogy for the film Heks Fitte.
