Both actresses will also be executive products and Tim Federle (Better to be born than ever, High School Musical: The Musical: The Series) is attached to direct.
The meeting of all meetings was made fun of in November 2024 when Sorvino told people that an agreement had been made with a director and that she and Kudrow were on board as executive producers. So Kudrow shared the update in January that a “really good” script had been written.

The veteran producer Laurence Mark will also return after his work on the original film. Newhart The creator of the series Barry Kemp will also produce.
