Disney+ has released a new trailer for the new holiday special of The Simpsonstitled “O C’Mon All Ye Faithful”. In the double dimension episode, famous British mentalist Derren Brown arrives in Springfield and uses psychological tricks and showmanship to increase the town’s Christmas spirit.
When Homer becomes hypnotized and mistakenly believes he is Santa Claus, it sets off a merry chain reaction and causes everyone to question what they believe and explore the meaning of “miracle.”
With musical performances by Patti Labelle and Pentatonix, this special double episode marks the 35th anniversary of the original Simpsons Christmas special, which aired in 1989.
The special will be released on Disney+ on December 17, just in time for Christmas. Check out the trailer below and watch old holiday specials, available on the streamer.
