Adult Swim has released a funny clip from its upcoming episode of the animated action-comedy series Invincible fighter girl. This show premiered last month and it was really good!
The series follows a young girl named Andy who dreams of becoming the greatest professional wrestler of all time.
Taking on the wrestler alias “Fight Girl”, Andy throws herself into the bizarre and colorful world of wrestling, determined to make a name for herself.
On his journey to wrestling stardom, “Andy is joined by the cynical retired champion, Aunt P; the endearingly innocent and budding wrestling analyst Mikey; and the unscrupulous Craig who is always devising ways to profit from wrestling.
“United in the goal of helping Andy realize his dreams of wrestling dominance, this family embarks on a journey filled with adversity and self-discovery as they chase their dreams, push their limits, and defeat the toughest wrestlers they can. to find.”
The half-hour series is set in a place where wrestling is more than just a sport and entertainment… it’s a way of life.
Adult Swim President Michael Ouweleen said in a statement: “As Adult Swim has expanded, so have the types of titles we can offer audiences. “Invincible Fight Girl” is a great example of this: it combines compelling storytelling with simply incredible animation and direction.
“This series is a testament to Juston’s creativity and talent, with a series that is fun, exciting and also very inspirational.”
The series comes from the executive producer Juston Gordon-Montgomery and Cartoon Network Studios. Sam Register (The Teen Titans Go!) also serves as executive producer. Bryan Newton is the supervising producer.
Invincible fighter girl will debut on Adult Swim with two consecutive episodes, followed by a new episode every Saturday. New episodes will also stream Sundays on Max.
The series plays during Adult Swim’s action/anime block on Toonami, and you can watch it on Max.
