Actress Kathryn Hahn returned Agata always to tell a complete story about her WandaVision character Agnes, who turned out to be the timeless Marvel witch, Agatha Harkness.
We got to see the end of her timeline, as a living witch, and in the final episode, her ghost is gone Joe LockeBilly, as he sets out to find his family.
Whether we’ll see her again in the MCU remains to be seen, but either way, Hahn is happy with what she accomplished in the series. He told the Los Angeles Times:
“Even though Billy/Wiccan is obviously not her son now, there’s some sort of hope for her to be able to do for him what she couldn’t do for Nicky. I think they make a great team.
“Of course I love this part and I love Joe Locke madly, and we’ll see what the future holds. In my mind, this was a beautiful and satisfying way to say goodbye to this incredible character I got to play.”
Hahn insists that he has had no future talks with the studio about what will happen for Agatha, so, as he said, we’ll just have to wait and see. I wouldn’t be surprised to see her return the next time we see Billy’s story pick up, which will no doubt happen at some point.
You can catch up Agata always on Disney+, where all episodes are available.
