Zack Snyder is developing a new project with Netflix, and this one is set in the Los Angeles Police Department.
The film is described as taking place in “a life-and-death world where an elite LAPD unit is relentlessly confronted with the ruthless collision between law and morality.”
This seems like a different type of project for Snyder as it’s not really a sci-fi or horror genre film. He is co-writing the screenplay with Kurt Johnstad, who previously worked with Snyder 300 AND Rebel moon.
Snyder will produce alongside his wife and creative partner Deborah Snyder, as well as his partner Wesley Coller for Stone Quary.
There are no other details to reveal about the project, but Snyder recently confirmed that he has begun work on his new one 300 spin-off series. So he keeps himself busy.
