CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD is undergoing further filming

After the release of a new trailer, Captain America: Brave New World we learned it Anthony Mackie he returned to the set for more filming.

Mackie was spotted filming new scenes for the film in Los Angeles and you can see some photos of the actor on set below. It’s unknown how extensive the filming will be, but it was scheduled after some recent test screenings that drew negative reactions.

The first reactions that have emerged describe it as “inessential” and “flat”. An insider said: “I just heard back from about 3 people who went to see him Captain America Brave New World test screening and WOOF. The movie looks awful.

Mackie also shared a new image from the film on Instagram that offers another look at Sam Wilson in his new Cap costume.

The photo was accompanied by the note: “Happy Veterans Day America. To all our men and women in uniform, thank you for your service and sacrifice.”

In the film “After the meeting with the newly elected president of the United States Thaddeus Ross, played by Harrison Ford Making his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident.

“He must uncover the motive behind a nefarious global conspiracy before the true mastermind causes the entire world to see red.”

Captain America: Brave New World stars Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumblywith Giancarlo Esposito, Liv TylerAND Tim Blake Nelson.

The film is directed by Giulio Onah and produced by Kevin Feige AND Nate Moore.

Captain America: Brave New World will be released in American theaters on February 14, 2025.
