Singer Kylie Minogue, 58, has bid farewell to her European summer in a yellow bikini video posted on Thursday while preparing for her upcoming Australian performance.
The Can't Get You Out Of My Head hitmaker relaxed on a sunlounger with a straw hat pulled over her face and a scarf in her hand. Her yellow string bikini featured a classic triangle top and tie-side bottoms.

She added a caption to the video reading: "Bye Euro Summer [sad face emoji] Hello Aussie football szn [smiling emoji]". Minogue spent the summer in Europe, including a visit to France earlier in the week, before returning to her hometown of Melbourne later this month for the Australian Football League grand final.
The Australian Football League grand final is the championship match of Australian rules football, held annually at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Minogue was born in Melbourne and built an international music career after starting out on Australian television in the 1980s.

Sisterly Reunion in Paris
Her bikini post followed a trip to France with her sister Dannii Minogue, 54, where the pair playfully attempted to recreate a photograph from a visit to Paris in 1988.
Kylie and Dannii appeared in a video on Kylie's Instagram page standing directly in front of the Eiffel Tower. On camera, Kylie said: "Okay, we're here in Paris by the iconic Eiffel Tower and we're gonna attempt to recreate an iconic photograph from 1988. Can you do it?"

Dannii responded with slight doubt, saying: "My goodness, I don't even know if I can pull this face anymore but let's try", before Kylie assured her: "Of course you can!"
The original 1988 image captured Kylie in a double denim ensemble with a blonde perm, a look from her career-making years playing Charlene on Neighbours starting in 1986. Dannii wore all white with her hair pulled high into a scrunchie.
For their modern reunion, Kylie wore jeans and a cream jacket while Dannii wore an elegant black outfit. Kylie captioned the post: "Sisters in Paris and just HAD to recreate this vintage family pic. One frame then. One frame now!!! Nailed it!! LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!"
Neighbours is a long-running Australian television soap opera set in the fictional Melbourne suburb of Erinsborough. Dannii Minogue is also an established pop singer and television personality who has served as a judge on talent competitions in Australia and the United Kingdom. The Eiffel Tower, completed in 1889, is one of the world's most recognizable cultural landmarks.

Vogue Cover and Hollywood Memories
Kylie's trip to the French capital coincided with her appearance on the cover of Australian Vogue, where she shared stories from her career and personal life.
Among her anecdotes, Minogue recalled a wild night in Los Angeles with fellow Australian star Margot Robbie before Robbie achieved massive international fame. Minogue explained that after learning Robbie was in town, she suggested meeting up at the celebrity haunt Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

When asked by Vogue to name the funniest Australian she had ever shared drinks with, Kylie said: "Probably a few. The first time I met Margot we definitely had a few drinks. It was just the two of us at the Chateau Marmont."
Robbie later rose to global stardom after starring in major feature films including The Wolf of Wall Street, I, Tonya, and Barbie. Located on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, the Chateau Marmont is a legendary hotel known for accommodating entertainment industry figures since 1929.
Minogue is preparing for her scheduled performance at the AFL grand final in Melbourne later this month as she segues from her European summer into the Australian football season.
